TPS7H3301-SP: Aging degradation effect

Part Number: TPS7H3301-SP

Hello

I was wondering if there was any data on the aging degradation effect on this component. Since this is a radiation hardened component and is especially designed for use in space, I would like to know of it's error tolerance after 32,000 hours at -55 to 124 degrees Celsius

Thank you

  • Hey Miguel,

The device should stay within datasheet specifications after 32000 hours at -55 to 124 degrees Celsius for SP devices.

Is this the information you wanted?

    Thanks,
    Daniel
  • Yes, that is what I want to know. How long will the device last, and up to what point can I be certain that the component will behave within specifications. Thank you, is this information held in a relevant data sheet and can you point me in that direction?
  • Hey Miguel,

A lot of our newer devices we are adding in graphs to show how many hours the device will work vs. temperature.
This datasheet does not have the graph, thus I had to look the data up.

Generally when SP devices are bought we will share specific data about life test/radiation test.

For now I can comment "The device should stay within datasheet specifications after 32000 hours at -55 to 124 degrees Celsius for SP devices."

    Thanks,
    Daniel
