BQ24070: BQ24070

Part Number: BQ24070

We are using the reference BQ24070RHLR on a lithium battery charge board. When we try to start the boards, we find that within the same production batch, some components work properly but some others just don't start.

See below the parameters used for the assembly of this component:

- The footprint we follow is exactly the same marked on the manufacturer data sheet. The same we do with the stencil.

- The board surface is finished ENIG

- the solder paste is S3X48-M406-3 EcoPlus (KOKI). This paste is currently  used for the assembly of several boards.

- The reflow oven profile is attached. We have assembled 3 temperature probes PT100 as to measure.

- The electrical diagram is also attached, it's the same marked on the data sheet.

As previously said, our problem lais on that some boards work correctly and some other not because the component BQ24070RHLR don't respond.

If we change those components by a new one, then somes PCB work. But in some cases, even after we change the component, there is no way to make PCB work.

On your experience basis and also the information and data we provide, we would appreciate if you can help us and say if something we do is wrong, for instance temperature curves, electrical diagram, etc.. Can you please verify it all is OK?
