Hi Darren,

I recommend carefully going through Section 2 of the EVM User Guide: www.ti.com/.../sluubi1
The first thing I notice from the picture is the version of bqStudio you are using needs to be upgraded to version 1.3.86 (listed as TEST). Version 1.3.54 does not support the bq34110. It looks like the EV2400 firmware version is okay, so you can skip that step. Next make sure the EVM power and jumper configurations are set up correctly - this is also covered in detail in Section 2.

I have graded the bqstdio to version 1.3.86 ,but the BQ34110 EVM can't communicate with the EV2400,the battery votage is 10V and I change the J2 jumper to >5V ,other position jumper is default

according to the picture above,I connect the battery to BAT+,BAT-,the battery voltage is 10V ,so I put the J2 jumper to >5V,and i have not connected the LOAD at the J7,other position jumers is default
