LM25066: Can VAUX pin be left floating when unused?

When the voltage telemetry function of VAUX pin is NOT used, can the VAUX pin be left floating?

Or, does VAUX pin has to be connected to GND when the voltage telemetry function is NOT used?

Dear Rakesh san,
I appreciate your rapid response.
I understand that VAUX pin should be tied to GND when unused.
By the way, could you please let me know what problem will happen when VAUX is left floating, just to deepen my understandings?
Will the floating increase current consumption of LM25066?
Or, will the floating cause malfunctions of LM25066?

Hi Shinsuke Tanaka-san,

VAUX is an input for external source monitoring. There would not be any problem even if it is left OPEN and would not expect any change is device current consumption.
