TPS23523: protect system if MOS is short or abnormal

Hi team,

My customer wants to know if the MOS is abnormal, such as short broken or with higher Rdson than normal one, how can our TPS23523 recognize this abnormal and give some signal to show that MOS is under abnormal state? Thanks.
