Hi Shaowei,
update:
After looking into this a bit more I found that from a quality perspective DSBGA or WCSP devices are highly suseptible to damage during handling required by removal, reballing and replacement. In fact replacing a device will have a minimum of 5 reflows, (ball drop, SMT, removal, reball, SMT 2), which can negatively affect reliability. Let me know if you have any other questions!
