BQ24753: BQ24753 can't charge the battery

I design a 3 cells Li-Ion battery charger circuits using BQ24753 ,the test result are that the vref pin voltage is 3.3V, but the voltage is always is high of the acdrv pin in the situation of the presentation of ac adapter

and whether the presence of battery or not. the attachment file is the schematic

Zhen,

I have reviewed your schematic and the only potential issues I see are the 2.2uF instead of recommended 10uF capacitors at SYS and on SRN and SRP. ACDRV is higher than adapter voltage, correct? LEARN pin is low? Can you set up to test your board as explained in the EVM user's guide (www.ti.com/.../sluu283d.pdf), adjusted for your specific input voltages, and then provide scope plots like datasheet figures 19, 20, 21, and 25?

the acdrv is the same as the adapter voltage,and the LEARN pin is low.and tommrow i will test the board as you said.

Zhen,

The bq24753 is NRND and replaced by bq24753A. Please change to the A version. I am curious as to what feature you need from the 753 that one of our other devices, like BQ24725A, BQ24735 or BQ24780S doesn't have?

I'm sorry,actuallly the device i uesd is BQ24753A. The agent suggested me to use this device.i have test the board as you said ,and the signal status mentioned by the user guide are correct,but i stilly can't observer the switch signl on the hidrv and lodrv pin.

Jeff,
I find the REGN PIN voltage is 10V not the datasheet value 6V in the presence of the battery,then remove the battery the voltage is 6V as the datasheet value ..

Zhen,

I would not expect REGN to go above 6V. With adapter attached, what is the voltage on BTST? Are you certain that the CELL voltage is configured properly?
