    Yes absolutely, we have seen the ULQ2003A-Q1 in many automotive solutions, varying from ADAS, infotainment, body electronics / lighting, and other automotive solutions.

    Since the ULQ2003A-Q1 is a low side switch, we usually see these being used to drive inductive loads (solenoids, motors) or LED drivers. We also have the TPL7407LA-Q1 device, which is the MOSFET equivalent to the ULQ2003-Q1.
