BQ76PL455A: BQ76PL455A daisy chain measurement settings - no responses as expected; troubleshooting

Hi,

We have 1 BQ76PL455A chips work with S12 MCU. It work fine.

Then, we stack another 1 BQ76PL455A. It can not work.

So, We do connect the 2 BQ76PL455A to PC.

Then, we disconnect the 4-wire differential COMM & FAULT. It can work.

Then, connect the 4-wire differential COMM & FAULT back.

The LED of top board become ON after run above code. 

The error message appear when run 81 01 0A 00 7F 5C.

How to resolve the issue?

P.S. The top board is tested in single board mode. (SW2 switch to Sigle-End. SW1 is 390pF). It work fine in single board mode.
