I'm sorry if my question is not very clear. I understand what the grades Q0 and Q1 correspond to, my original question was: what are the electrical characteristics that are degraded between the grade Q0 and Q1 for the LM5010A component ?

Hello Nicolas,

There is not specific specifications that will degrade. The difference is that the qualification between the two. This means the lifetime is ensured at Tj=150C for Q0 while the lifetime could degrade while operating the Q1 above Tj=125C.
