TPS82085: TI TPS82085SILR plating specification.

Hello,

We have an engineer requesting to use TI TPS82085SILR and I see in the datasheet that the lead finish is listed as NiAu.

Could you please provide the specified thickness of the gold plating? Will it pose risk of gold embrittlement?

I found the right person quickly :)

The gold will be at least 0.06um thick. We've not seen any solderability or embrittlement issues before.
