CSD16570Q5B: Extended Temp Range?

Hello team,

The CSD16570Q5B has two orderable part numbers - CSD16570Q5B and CSD16570Q5BT. Typically the 'T' indicates a tube package quantity vs a large tape and reel package quantity but in this case it also shows an extended temperature range. 

Can you confirm that the CSD16570Q5BT has a temperature range from -55 to 150?

    Thanks for the question. I checked the datasheet and the CSD16570Q5BT has a storage and operating temperature range of -55 to 150. The "T" at the end of the part number indicates the a small 7" reel size with 250 pieces vs. the 13" large reel with 2500 pieces. I did notice that the orderable part numbers in both the datasheet and the product folder indicate the CSD16570Q5B is rated for -40 to 85. I believe this is an error as there is no difference between the T and non-T device. I will confirm and see what we need to do to fix this discrepancy.
