TPS22968: TPS22968 On/Off issue

Part Number: TPS22968

IC Part no.:

TPS22968DPUR

Conditions:

I/P power rails: VCC_5V & VCC_1V8

O/P power rails: VAN_5V & VDD_1V8

ON1 is controlled by VDD_1V8.

ON2 is controlled by VCC_1V8.

Requirement:

Sequenced power out VDD_1V8 --(Delay ~10 ms)-->VAN_5V

Note: VAN_5V should not be up till VDD_1V8 is stabilized.

Issue:

The circuit shown in schematics was expected to work ideally as VDD_1V8 --(Delay ~10ms)-->VAN_5V.

Instead, the circuit restricts 5V to be relayed out.

 After tweaking R16 pull-up rail from VDD_1V8 to VCC_1V8, both rails (VAN_5V & VDD_1V8) started coming. But this violated the lock created to avoid errant power sequencing as mentioned in requirements.

This circuit somehow didn't work (Both o/p rails didn't show up) despite following the schematics given in datasheet page 18.

 Let us know why this happens?
