LMZ35003: Large UVLO voltage difference from calculation value

Part Number: LMZ35003

Hi team,

Customer inquired that measured UVLO voltages are largely different from calculated values.

① Target : Von = 20V , Voff = 18V (Von-Voff = 2.0V)

Ruvlo1=689.6 kΩ (680K+9.6K)

Ruvlo2=44.5 kΩ  (43K+1.5K) with 1% grade resistors.

Measured values :  Von = 18.87V , Voff = 16.09V (Von - Voff = 2.78V)

② Target : Von = 20V , Voff = 19.5V (Von-Voff = 0.5V)

Ruvlo1=174 kΩ

Ruvlo2=11.5 kΩ

Von = 19.26V , Voff = 18.11V (Von-Voff = 1.15V)

Customer used an oscilloscope to measure input voltage value by gradually increasing/decreasing source voltage.

What kinds of problems are considered for these test results?
