BQ24075-Q1: Two status LEDs in CHG pin

Part Number: BQ24075-Q1

Hi, I'm developing the battery charger module of a project.

I would like that one LED lights up when the device is charging and another LED lights up when the charge is done. I'm using a bi-colour LED.

Since CHG pin is open drain, I've thought to connect the cathode of one LED to this pin and the anode to VDD through a resistor, and like when the battery is being charged CHG is low, the LED will light up and when the charge is done, this LED will turn off.

My question is, how to connect other LED to CHG in order to be able to light it up when the charge is done?

I think I can do it connecting one LED to CHG as I've described and the other to PGOOD, so that CHG LED only lights up when the battery is charging and the other one lights up when the power supply is connected, so when the battery is charging, both LEDs are on and when it is finished only PGOOD LED is on.

Is there anyway to achieve what I want using only CHG pin?

Thank you very much!
