When I test the EMI conduction, 500KHz frequency had exceeding, could you share me some solutions to reduce it ?

Hi Went,

Can you share you schematic? To attenuate the low-frequency components (fundanmental and lower order harmonics of the switching frequency), you'll typically need an input Pi filter (CLC). For more information, take a look at this EMI article series: www.how2power.com/.../EMI_Guide.php.

Hi Went,

Looks like L101 (22uH) is providing the low-frequency attenuation. As a starting point, you can increase the caps before and after L101 to 1uF or 2.2uF/100V/X7R.

Based on the attenuation required, you can calculate the required LC corner frequency and component values.
