ULN2003A: About ULN2003 base series resistor value and the input current when VIN=5V

Hi,

I have a question about ULN2003 base series resistor value. in the datasheet, it is 2.7k for ULN2003A, I want to know how to calculate Rb and what's the range of it?

And, there are no any information about input current when VIN is 5V. I found that the figure 6 show the input current vs input voltage, but not say it used for ULN2003 or ULN2004 and ULN2002. 

could you help on it ? thanks !

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    I'm not sure I understand the question regarding Rb. To clarify, the value of Rb in the ULN2003A is 2.7kΩ. The resistors are expected to be +/-15% and +1500ppm/C, with the variance affecting all 3 resistors. For example; If one resistor is +5% then all three will be +5%.

    For the input current, you can use Figure 6 for the ULN2003a.
