Is the concern the input or the output spikes?

Both are helped with a small value and small case size input cap, as explained here: training.ti.com/high-efficiency-low-emi-switched-mode-power-supply-design-introducing-new-technologies-0

As well, a ferrite bead can be added to block this, as it is very high frequency. The PCB trace and downstream decoupling caps may do this by itself. This was explained in the first video that I sent.

Finally, the spikes will likely go down if the scope probe is disconnected from the circuit when measuring the noise. There is always coupling between the channels of the scope.

My concern is output spike, its frequency is about 250MHz.FAQ_2.pdf

The video mentions for a very short time, "Make this routing by your self and keep shortest possible, low impedance as possible".

Let me confirm in practice.

Althogh the datasheet of TLV62130 doesn't show, the additional small size of input capacitor could help reducing spike noise?

Hi Koike-san,

Yes, a small value small case size input and output cap best snub these spikes.

As well, a ferrite bead or even just the PCB trace routing can eliminate this noise at the load, with the load's decoupling cap.
