LMG3410R070: LMG3410 Min DC Voltage

Hello,

We are using LMG3410 IC......wondering what is the minimum DC bus voltage we can supply...understand that Max is 600VDC...recommended max is 480VDC..

Please provide us with a TI document as a reference to that minimum DC voltage.

    Hello Sam,

    As long as VDD is supplied correctly for the gate drive circuit, there is no min. DC voltage requirement from drain to source for LMG3410. For sure negative DC bus voltage is not allowed.
