But I cannot understand about ' 8.2.2.6 Loop Consideration'.

Refer to TPS61196EVM-600's circuit, please tell me the calculation method the value of D.

Hi Mikio,
TPS61196 is a boost controller, usually we use the minimum input voltage as the worst case, here is my answer as below:
D=(Vout-Vin_min)/Vout;
