LP87524B-Q1: LP87524B-Q1 PFM Frequency range

Hi,

May I know what Frequency range for LP87524B-Q1 PFM mode?

Spec only show the frequency 4MHz for PWM mode as below but can't find frequency range on PFM mode.

Please kindly check again.

    Hello Eric,

    The SW frequency in PFM mode depends on the load and also external components, so it is not fixed value.

    Hi Tomi,

    Due can't have LP87524B-Q1 EVM on hand, may I know if have any testing report with different loading on PFM mode?

    Would you kindly share the report for our check again?

    Hi Eric,

    For example in the datasheet picture 33 you can see the behavior with 10mA load. In this test condition and external components the switching frequency is around 30kHz. Basically the switching frequency can be close to 0 (very seldom SW pulses) and then frequency increases until the load is typically 600mA where the switching frequency is 4MHz and device operates in PWM mode.
