BQ25700A: Charge current oscillated

enter into CV mode, charge current ripple about 500mA, assume it’s normal in PFM mode; but later (about several minutes) charge current oscillated high to 4A, period is about 600us, and find the 0x20[11]=0 and charge current register change to 0.

    Are the 4A current spikes a charge or a discharge? What is channel 2 on the provided scope capture? If channel 2 is not VSYS, can you provide a scope capture with VSYS. Also, can you provide a full reading of register 0x20 after the charge current register changes to 0?

    Are you seeing this behavior on only one board or on multiple boards? Can you provide me with a schematic for this project (posting to forum is best, but you may provide via internal mail if your customer does not want posted on forum.)
