I have a issue that UCC28780 VDD voltage from 14V jump to 32V during stable 2A load. What's reason cause it and how to solve it? Many thanks.
I have a issue that UCC28780 VDD voltage from 14V jump to 32V during stable 2A load. What's reason cause it and how to solve it? Many thanks.
Below is my steps:
Step1. 90Vac/60Hz,
Step2. 5Vout and 0A load.
Step3. 0A to 2A load. slew rate about =0.1A/S by handle.
Step4. After 10sec, maybe 20sec and the VDD voltage from 14V jump to 32V let UCC27712 damage.
