TPS82130SILT - Customer thinking the plating where the part solders to the circuit board on this is NIAU - since this is pcb type part, are the termination pads where it solders to the PCB in production ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold).

Hi Naser,

Upon further discussion, I am told by our experts that ENIG is the same as NiAu.

As well, that page is out of date and needs to be updated. The device currently uses ENIPIG.
