hi Team,

trying to find TI compatible parts with 

S-1200B35-M5T1U /SOT-23-5

is the following part a good fit?

LP2985-N

S-1212B28-M5T1U /SOT-23-5

closest i found is the 

TPS7B4250-Q1, but not enough current

please kindly suggest if TI has better solution

    John,

    For the S-1200B35-M5T1U I would recommend LP2985-N as well as TLV704 and TPS709. Unfortunately the TPS709 and TLV704 devices do not have a 3.5 V VOUT version, however they should deliver better performance than the competition device.

    For the S-1212B28-M5T1U /SOT-23-5, can you advise what the load requirements and input source is for the application? Could you consider a device with a lower min VIN? If so I would recommend looking into the LP2992 and TPS7A25 devices.
