Dear all,

one of my AA is looking for an alternative to the 5962-9951706QZA  (Nationa Semiconductor). Can you confirm thatt he LM117GW/883 is an alternative to the 5962-9951706QZA  from radiation point of view ?

If not, which is a valid alternative ?

    Hello Domenico,
    5962-9951706QZA is a mil grade part and does not have radiation specifications.

    LM117GW/883 is a mil grade product in the same package and the replacement for 5962-9951706QZA. However, radiation performance is not monitored and can vary over time.

    These parts will not have the same radiation pereformance as the space grade, radiaiton qualified LM117-SP products.
