How to measure the quiescent current? does it include the leakage current of SW and EN pins?

Hi Driscoll:
Please check the application note: www.ti.com/.../slva828.pdf
The spec list in datasheet is point to the PIN in most case. The leakage current is much smaller than Iq, normally.
