My customer used LM5020 to convert 54V to 12V/1.5A，but one of five board find Vout was jump to 4V from 12V,then jump back to 12V,and circulate constantly.the Vout waveform show below picture.
Test Condition:
Environment Temperture: 60 Celsius
Input Voltage: 54V, External SMPS(dosen't use POE supply )
Load :output power for system, about 1.5A
LM5020 measured chip top temp is 95.4 celsius, the key compoments temperture as show below, it seems the temp still have enough temp margin
Fault pheomenon: Vout jumped, please see waveform
Failed Condition is Sporadic,under 60 Celsius,find this fault within 3 days, but under 65 celsius, it easy to find this fault. and always the same board; when decrese the temp from 60 celsius, the fault will disappear
