LM5574: LM5574 Diode Short Circuit

Dear Team,

Please help confirm the LM5574 design as below, special in "D167, re-circulating diode" part selection.

In addition, please also help to check whether the LM5574 OCP feature can prevent the occurrence of smoke or fire when the "re-circulating diode" has fail (open or short).

Because the datasheet didn't mention the maximum current of integrated high side MOSFET. So we are wondering if the diode short circuit might cause the fire.

1. D167 have two sources , one is ST# STPS1H100A and another one is Diodes# B1100-13-F
2. D153 is NL, LN1 DCR=0.23-ohm and spec as following

1. Vmain = 50VDC-typ, VCC_3.3V_PoE loading => 250mA –maximum
