Hi team,

Customer observed error code 1470 in bqProduction and is asking us about the code 1470 as below. Could you provide me with your answer for below questions?

(1) What does the error code 1470 mean? What is the unexpected behavior/operation when the code 1470 is showed in bqProduction?

(2) Do you have any materials or documents that users can quickly understand what the error code shows?

    Hi Jun,

    When the data flash is written, there is a read back for each write. This error indicates the data read back is not correct. There must be a communication issue - have they tried using a different EV2300 to see if the problem remains? Does this EV2300 have the updated firmware?

    Thank you for your answer. I'll check about EV2300. Could you provide us with any lists of all the error codes we can understand what errors are occurring?

    In the Help Menu for bqProduction, there is a section called 'SLUU397a Advanced MTester User Guide.pdf'. Inside this section, there is a Table of error code definitions (Appendix E). Unfortunately, Error code 1470 is not in the list. I talked with the software team yesterday to find the meaning of this error code and to let them know it was missing from the documentation. It will be added in a future revision of the document.
