Is the maximum rating of OUT to GND of TPS60400-Q1 -5 V, is it correct?
Is it -5.5V?

Hi Hirotsugu,

Yes, the rating of Out to GND is -5V to 0.3V as suggested in TPS60400-Q1 datasheet. If you need -5.5V for your application I would suggest to use TPS60400.

Thank you Tanvee.
I was planning to use it at +5 Vin -5 Vout, but is it impossible to use 5% deviation to +5 V?
The load current is 1 mA or less.
