LM136-2.5-N: LM136H-2.5/883

Part Number: LM136-2.5-N

Can anyone tell me the difference between P/N LM136H-2.5, LM136H-2.5/NOPB & LM136H-2.5/883? And the difference between the "AH" as well on all three. Thanks, Matt

  • Hello Matt,

The H means the part is in a TO-46 metal can.  The lead finish is SnPb solder dip except for those parts ending in NOPB.  NOPB means no lead (Pb) and the lead finish is matte tin.

"A" parts meet the tighter A output specifications as shown in the datahsheet.

LM136H-2.5 and LM136H-2.5/NOBP are commercial grade parts, covered by the LM136-2.5-N product page and datasheet.  LM136AH-2.5/883 is military grade and is covered by the LM136-2.5QML product page and datasheet.
