CSD19532Q5B,Excessive surface temperature

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP11186, CSD19532Q5B

I found a reference design of LM25037QMT on TI's official website. The title is PMP11186 schematic. With respect to the design of 250w push-pull converter reference design for automotive.
There are four mosfet named CSD19532Q5B in this reference design.I found that the reference design did not follow the heat sink.I want to know if I need the radiator mounted on it.
Because I found that at 30W, the surface temperature is 100 degrees Celsius.I don't know if that's normal and I want to know the temperature of the MOSFET surface when the reference circuit works at 250W.
If this is not normal, I wonder why the temperature is too high
ths!
