LM5150-Q1: Input and output resistance of LM5150-Q1

Hi team,

Could you please kindly help on following questions?

#1 How much are the input and output resistance when the status of LM5150 is under shunt down mode ? Though i can see some resistors from the block diagram(yellow masked), but i can't get these resistors' value. (customer want to evaluate the discharge time when there haven't Rload and the Vsupply changed from 6V(have stable Vout this time) to below 1V(shunt down mode))

#2 How long will it cost from EN enable to stable Vout (it is soft start time?)? I can't find relate parameter in Datasheet.

HI Jessica,

The current in shutdown mode is specified in the datasheet. The VOUT pin will pull 5uA (typical) and 12uA (worst case) while in shutdown mode. The VIN pin will pull 0.1uA (typical) and 0.5uA (worst case) while in shutdown mode.

Regarding the start-up time, what configuration of the LM5150? (start-stop or e-call). Section 7.3.3 of the data sheet describes the initial start-up sequence of the LM5150.
