TPS60400-Q1: Output Impedance with voltage below 1.8V

Part Number: TPS60400-Q1

Hello Team,

Do we have any information about what the output impedance of the TPS60400-Q1 looks like when the input voltage is below 1.8V?

The graph on page 7 of the datasheet seems to show it going to 35ohms and probably higher before the device is powered on.

I'm guessing from page 10 all the output transistors would be open in this state. Is that correct?

Best,

David

  • Hi David,

Data outside datasheet is not measured and tested. When input voltage is lower than 1.8 V all transistors have high impedance but transistor state can not be predicted. It depends on transistor threshold voltage. In lower input voltage, device is not in operating condition so it will not damage the other application.
