Is it normal for voltage output to appear like this

Figure 1 shows the ac signal of the output voltage;FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are SW signals.It can be seen that negative pressure is generated on SW. Is there any problem?Please advise, what other tests are required?What might be the problem?At present, the measuring bad piece found that VIN\SW\BOOT short circuit
It is most likely how you are measuring Boot-SW.
If you are using a wired alligator clip to connect SW to the probe GND then that is a large loop that can pick up switching noise.
Are you able to probe with a spring type ground connector? Something like
If you can probe that directly on the IC, that would be a more accurate boot-SW.
