    Takeshi,
    The minimum on time ranges from 68-108ns depending on which package you are using. The minimum off time ranges from 50-85ns also depending on the package chosen. The maximum on time is 7-9 us. There is a table in section 7.6 of the LMR33620 datasheet with this information.
