BQ51050B: BQ51050B How to detect Battery is Full

Hi..

A have design board using BQ51050BRHLT base on datasheet.

Schematic as attached bellow.

That is run OK.

But how to I detect battery full when battery is full (if I not see dock change)?

Could Anyone give me advice to solve that problem.

Hi
The CHG pin will indicate that charge is active.
Also when charge is complete the device will send End Power Transfer Charge Complete (EPT01) to the TX. It should turn off at that time and indicate charge complete if possible.

If i don't see the TX when charge is complete. how a way detect charge complete only see on my PCB?

Hi

You want to see charge complete indication on your PCB, BQ51050B. The CHG pin should provide this information.
