Hi Jun,
Thanks for the question. Unencrypted models should work with LTSpice and (I believe) SIMetrix. I have had customers successfully use unencrypted models with LTSpice. I don't have any personal experience with SIMetrix which I believe is a Spice based simulator and therefore, the models should work with it.

Thanks for your interest in TI power block products. I see that you're with Renesas. In general, TI does not provide unencrypted models to competitors without some justification. That being said, I need to understand why you want the model and what project you're working on. Please provide as much detail as you can.
