TPS61093: Soft Start time in Figure 7

Dear Support team

We can find Start up waveform in Figure 17 datasheet of TPS61093.
I guess the startup time will be 184ms at Figure17.
Since the capacitance connected to SS pin is 1uF, tss softstart time will be 100ms.
I know tss will be defined time between EN and SS pin voltage 0.5V.
Could you let me know tss in attached file?
