We are using the part TPS73633MDBVREP in one of our circuit. During the environmental test, the part was exposed to the environment (-40 degC for 90 min and +71 degC for 90 min). The part got malfunctioned during the process. When we checked the output voltage of the part after malfunctioning, it was showing 2.5 V permanently. We are not able to find the reason behind the same. We request you to please help us to know the reasoning behind the same and suggest the solution.

Do you know when did the device fail during the testing?

Also are the temperatures you provided the temperature of the device or of the ambient air?
