    The REF50 family comes in 2 variations, the standard grade and the high grade. The "A" in the part number is used to differentiate between standard ("A") and high grade.
    REF5025AID is the standard grade
    REF5025ID is the high grade

    The main differences between the standard and high grade are in the initial accuracy, temperature drift, thermal hysteresis, and long term drift.
