TLV713P: Do you have any histogram which shows TLV71330P output voltage variation?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using TLV71330P for their next products.

They know that TLV1330P output voltage variation is within +/- 1% when VOUT ≥ 1.8 V, TJ = 25°C.

But they want to know actual variation for considering.

Do you have any histogram of TLV71330P output voltage?

If you have it, could you please give me for this devie considering?

Hi Kazuya,

Unfortunately I cannot locate data for TLV71330P. The closest voltage option I can get is the data for 3.3V. At 25C, the mean output voltage at 0mA load is 3.2966V with a standard deviation of 3.31e-3.

Hi Kazuya,

I just found the data for 3.0V as well. At 25C, the mean output voltage at 0mA is 2.998V with a standard deviation of 0.003V.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply. It is very helpful for the customer and me.

Can I ask you one additional question?

Do you have any data of output voltage deviation versus temperature?

Is it figure2 or figure 3 on page 8 in TLV713 datasheet (SBVS195E)? But I think it shows a typical data only.
Do you have any data of the maximum output voltage deviation between -40 degree C and +125 degree C with no load?
Is it less than +/- 2000ppm from the output voltage in 25 degree C?

Hi Kazuya,

The data you asked for is more common for voltage reference. For LDO, we don't normally provide output voltage deviation data because this is not how we characterize our devices.
