Hi TI,

I want to use TPS65100-Q1 to driver TM080TDHG01 as the following link, I configure the parameter and draw the schematics below.  Is it correct?

    I reviewed your schematics and it mostly looks good but I have following comments:
    With the AVDD and VGH voltage levels shown in your schematics, I suggest using voltage doubler mode for positive charge pump instead of the trippler mode that is being used in your schematics. Please see figure 18 and table 5 in the datasheet that shows which mode should be used based on boost out put voltage (AVDD) and positive charge pump output voltage (VGH). To use doubler mode, you should de-populate C218 and connect C2-/MODE pin to DGND using a zero ohm resistor. This way, you will have an option to use voltage trippler mode also if needed.
    Once you have the assembled boards back, please optimize compensation components at COMP pin using the procedure described section 9.2.2.1.6 Design Procedure Quick Steps.
    In addition, please ensure that boost inductor L8 saturation current rating (Isat) is greater than boost switch current limit which is 2.6A maximum for TPS65100.
