LM5141-Q1: When output voltage occurs shorts-circuit, the output voltage can not recover

Dear ALL:

When we adjust the output voltage into 12V, and we have tested the case of output voltage short-circuit, we found that when we remove the short-circuit, the output voltage fix at 5V but not 12V. So

we want to know what reasons will cause this situation?
