Hello,

I have been using UCC21521 as part of a high power SiC boost converter.  It is working well but it requires a fair amount of external circuitry for optimal use with SiC FETs.  I see TI is coming out with gate drivers with more built in features geared towards the SiC market such as UCC21732.  I will be moving to the next rev of my board and would like to move to this chip or a similar one, but I am hesitant without knowing at least a rough time frame of when the part will hit initial and full production.  Is this information available?  Thanks.

    Thanks for your interest in UCC21732-Q1! You are correct that there are many additional features for protection which are very useful and necessary for SiC power devices.
