MC33063A: MC33063A as Buck high current

Hello.

i must use MC33063A for a project where: 

Vin = 12V to 24V

Vout = 5V

Iout = 2A

I can't use the normal configuration but with external NMOS or PMOS yes.

My question:

1- What is the better solution, NMOS or PMOS? What is the difference between the two solutions?

2- How I can configure the components?
