UA79M: Dropout voltage at 50mA and 100mA

Hi Muk,

UA79M is a very old device and there is very limited data in the datasheet. Unfortunately, the dropout data at 50mA and 100mA is not available in the datasheet. In order to provide the typical values for the dropout, we will need to order the devices and measure the numbers on bench. We should be able to get the parts by next week. Will the timeline and the typical dropout numbers at your conditions be okay with you?

I placed the order for UA79M samples on 4/24. I have been checking the status of the order daily and the latest order status is still in processing. Let me reach the order support team to see why the order has not been shipped. At the same time, I have placed another order for the same item today.

Once the order is shipped, it may take 2-3 business days to arrive in our office. I've planned to take the bench data as soon as they arrive.
