BQ4050: NTC B factor

Part Number: BQ4050

In BQ4050 datsheet, NTC recommendation is a Mitsubishi BN35-3H103 with a B factor value of 3486K.

My cell pack is equiped with a  Semitec 103AT-4 10K Ohm NTC with a B factor value of 3435K.

Is there an issue on the B value delta ?
