    Hi Eddie,

    The primary and secondary grounds need to be revisited. I see "POE_GND" on both sides which I don't think customer intended. I believe these should be the same ground as their secondary side adapter "GND".

    I see D13 and D14 might be the same component. These diodes have different requirements. Be sure D13 is rated for 150V with a fast recovery 25ns or less. D14 can be a low cost solution like MMSD4148.

    I see a lot of 0402 caps. Be sure to check their derating and be sure the effective capacitance is met per the datasheet recommended capacitance.

    I don't see that T2P functionality is not be used correctly. Please see below T2P FAQ

    C128 must be in parallel with both C130 and R74

    R57 should be rated higher (at least 1W). I don't believe 0603 is large enough
